By accessing and using the HwebSchool website and portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

6. Limitation of Liability
HwebSchool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data or interruption of service.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and/or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
